The rooms, despite needing some updates like the badly burnt-out and stained carpet, were spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The service stood out as the hotel's biggest strength, with friendly staff, delicious food, and helpful services offered throughout my stay. The location was good but navigating through Hazratganj was a bit of a hassle due to heavy construction. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the omelettes, and the facilities were well-maintained.
